Air-Conditioning
- Each room is fitted with individual digital thermostat control for the central air conditioning unit, The temperature and the fan speed can be adjusted to the level you feel comfortable.
Laundry / Dry Cleaning
- RNB is pleased to supply this service daily. Laundry bags are located in the wardrobe of your room. Kindly fill out the laundry form and our staff will pick up your laundry from your room. Please do not put your laundry bag outside the room.
Medical Emergencies
- Should you require medical attention, please notify reception for assistance.
Safety Deposit box
- Guest are advised to use the Guest house safety deposit boxes located on all guest rooms for keeping their valuables as the guest houses liability is limited for such items.
Wake-up call
- Should you require a wake-up call, please request from our reception staff.
Messages
- Please contact the reception to check if there have been any messages left for you.
Baby Sitting
- We provide babysitting services, but please note that enough notice time (min 24 hrs) is required.
Fire and Emergency
- In case of fire calmly tell our staff the location of the fire and if possible, the extent of it, then leave immediately! Additionally, please refer to the “Fire safety and security card” for further fire safety instruction.
