House Rules

• Until 10:00

Please inform RnB Boutique Guest House in advance if your expected arrival time is later than 19:00.

Additional charges may apply for checking in and checking out which must be arranged with management in advance.

• Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the pre-payment. Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 75% of the deposit or 25% of the booking quote value, whichever the greater.

• Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit or 25% of the booking total, whichever is the greater.

• On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, RnB Boutique Guest House will refund the applicable amount, within 3 working days.

• RnB Boutique Guest House levies a 10% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185 charge will be levied.

Children of all ages are welcome. All rooms are charged at standard rate irrespective of age.

Minimum age for check-in is 18 years’ old

The RNB Guest house accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

Smoking in rooms is not allowed, designated areas outside are available.

Parties or events not allowed

• No noise
• No parties or any gathering of any sort
• No Alcohol
• No sound system

Guest house quiet hours are from 8pm – 8am. Between those hours guests should not be making any loud noise in any of the common areas

We are firm in observing this, our establishment is a respectable and peaceful space. Failure  to comply may result in them being escorted/ removed from the guest house premises.
